The Beautiful Lie

Tolstoy’s famous novel Anna Karenina has been transposed into an urban tale of double lives and self destruction. Although a contemporary-styled production, The Beautiful Lie benefited from a range of enhancements to ease shooting and locations logistics. This extended to a complex closing scene where our team transformed a simple underpass into a large underground railway. This handheld sequence required extension and augmentation to the tunnel, the addition of rails and the actual train that takes Annas life.
