Magazine Wars is the follow up to the successful ‘Paper Giants: The Birth of Cleo’ which aired in 2011. Set in the 1980’s, during the rise of cheque-book journalism and the paparazzi, it follows the two remarkable women who battled media empires to have the number one selling publication at any cost.

 

Our team augmented several exterior locations, removing modern details and adding production design enhancements throughout.

 

Chroma also designed and produced the animated opening titles.
